Project Coordinator Role Overview Support the Project Manager and site teams in coordinating, and executing projects across multiple job sites. Ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities - Plan and manage resource deployment (manpower and equipment) for projects to ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Ensure all safety procedures, permits, and operational paperwork are completed and submitted on time.
- Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and external vendors to ensure proper upkeep and security of the sites.
