Project Coordinator - Purpose Built Rentals

Harbinger Network has partnered with an award winning Developer / Builder with a fantastic existing team, however they are adding additional projects and need to grow their team by adding a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager with overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality and project status.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with sub trades and clients.
• Manage change order processes, including pricing, negotiating, processing and assessing cost and schedule impact prior to reviewing with the APM and PM.
• Administrating RFI and shop drawing process.
• Develop performance status reports for the APM regarding cost forecast, schedule and safety.
• Assist the APM with issuing subcontracts and monitoring their progress.
