COMPENSATION: $22 - $32 HOURLY
Role OverviewThis position supports the Project Team Manager in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will engage in heavy phone and e-mail communication with customers, using various software tools to manage customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions. This role involves working within a team and communicating with other internal departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide members with a personalized creative experience.
Coordinate the entire lifecycle of member projects.
Provide customer satisfaction at all times.
Partner with publishing teams to ensure members are enrolled in the correct service package.
Work with other departments to ensure a quality product is delivered in a timely manner.
