Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our Building Quality Assurance team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Performs drawing reviews(architectural, specifications, shop drawings and material submittals, etc.); Perform periodicfield and mock-up reviews and employ a reporting system to identify and revise action items as needed; Prepare and review reports and communicate the results of reviews to the client, including meetings with clients as needed; Conducts on-site testing to validate the performance of building enclosures, including assessments for water and air leakage and guard rail systems; Assist builders and developers in addressing new construction methods, deficiencies or responding to claims of deficiencies; The ideal candidate must be flexible and open to a mix of field and office tasks, coordinating travel to assigned sites as necessary; Respond to client...
