Provide administrative and coordination support to Senior Project Managers.Help keep project plans, task lists, additional trackers and documentation up to date.Assist with organizing materials related to project readiness, communications, or training.Meetings & Communication
Support project meetings by preparing agendas and following up on action items.Help distribute project updates and maintain shared project documents.Ensure information is organized and easy for team members to access.Tools, Processes & Learning
Use standard project tools and templates to track progress and maintain documentation.Follow established project processes and ways of working.Learn project management fundamentals through handsβon support and guidance from Senior Project Managers.Professional Conduct
