We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Project Coordinator to join our Engineering Services team in CDMX.
You will work directly alongside our Director of Engineering Services, supporting the administration and coordination of energy infrastructure projects across North America and Latin America.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who takes pride in making complex operations run smoothly — and who wants to grow into project management and operations leadership over time.
Responsibilities - You Will Do
Track and coordinate project execution status, schedules, and invoicing across the Americas, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‐up.
Support pre‐sales and post‐sales documentation, including RFP preparation and purchase order processing.
Audit project data in JIRA to ensure project managers provide correct information and documentation meets engineering quality standards.
