Position Overview
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end by coordinating schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, while proactively escalating risks and issues.
- Develop, maintain, and governance project documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, and action trackers) to support effective decision-making.
- Own back-office project operations across multiple Project and Portfolio Managers, ensuring accurate PMO tool data, project metadata, milestones, resourcing, and financial inputs.
- Prepare and deliver clear weekly and monthly leadership reports summarizing progress, milestones, risks, issues, and upcoming activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action-item follow-up to ensure alignment and execution.
