Position Overview
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator Interior Fit-Out to support the execution of interior projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of design drawings BOQ preparation estimation vendor coordination and project documentation with hands-on UAE market experience.
Responsibilities Project & Design Coordination
- Review and coordinate architectural MEP and joinery drawings.
- Ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate with designers and drafting teams for revisions and approvals.
- Track drawing submissions approvals and revisions.
BOQ & Estimation
- Prepare BOQs based on drawings and project scope.
- Assist in cost estimation and quantity take-offs.
