You will support a department team with job duties that may include:

+ Manage data and communications

+ Input data into accounting systems, procurement system, project system

+ Manpower coordination and planning

+ Greeting customers and potential recruits at the front desk

+ Process and update Prefab order forms

+ Print and distribute necessary forms for the shop

+ Coordinate material orders
