Position Overview

Job Description
 We are working with a client in the BN12 area of West Sussex who are recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator

This position will be working as part of a small team, where you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations.
The job role of Project Support Coordinator will include the following duties:
Producing and sending project specific documentation out to customers.

Liaising with customers to ensure project pre-requisites are in place for start of project

Ensuring documentation is returned from customers in advance of the projects starting

Document Creation and Management

Invoicing

Approving Consultants’ Expenses

Travel and Accommodation Bookings

Management of consultant schedules

General office admin
