Overview

Join our fast-paced and growing team across the East and West of the ST region, delivering Green Solutions under the AMP8 WINEP programme in Waste Infra Capital Delivery. As a Project Coordinator , you will work closely with Project Managers and SDO to align reporting throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting progress, as well as the coordination of information from internal colleagues, design consultants and contractors. This role is key to keeping the data aligned and processed consistently.

Responsibilities

• Collating reports for the leadership team and creating standardised formatting for reporting purposes (e.g., toolbox talks, driver compliance, ABCDE, Service Now requests, monthly programme updates and license to operate evidence packs).
