Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth implementation of the Hier HR and Payroll system
- Track project progress, meet deadlines, and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain clear and organized project plans, reports, and documentation
- Serve as the main contact for clients and update them regularly
- Handle client questions about system setup via Email, Viber, SMS, or calls
- Coordinate with developers to fix issues or suggested system improvements
- Lead online or onsite client meetings, including user trainings
- Follow up with clients and schedule call backs when needed
- Stay updated on system changes and new features
Qualifications:
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to learning about Hierpayroll products and services
