Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain detailed meeting records.
Assist Mr. D.I.Y. project team to manage activities throughout all phases of the project including system vendor evaluation and selection, contract management, design/engineering, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance tests and ramp-up of Automated Material Handling System.
Assist in organizing training programs for operators, maintenance, and IT teams.
Assist in go-live activities and ramp-up support.
Compilation of as-built documentation and training materials.
