Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Prepare a monthly full program schedule including all required documentation and materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records including attendance, participant information, and evaluations
- Coordinate program admissions, registration, and enrollment for all programs and events
- Manage program procurement, including ordering supplies, equipment, and materials as required
- Oversee resource management by coordinating and maintaining program spaces, equipment, and technology
- Provide direct program support to participants, facilitators, and stakeholders as needed
- Be present at all sessions to ensure smooth operations and to ensure all participants complete project surveys
- Manage and visit sessions workshops during weekdays and weekends to monitor operations and confirm survey completion
