Access Community Health | Uru Δtea is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Senior Leadership Team to deliver a high-impact operational improvement programme across the National Communications Centre, Access and Total Care Health workforce, technology and governance.
This role is the connective tissue of the Operational Improvement Programme: maintaining the operating cadence, keeping information accurate and decision-ready, and helping ensure our people across the motu can see, understand and trust the work underway. You will work across operations, care coordination, clinical teams, Data Analytics, IT, People & Culture and Communications, and with external partners where needed.
