Project Controls Specialist


What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Controls Specialist to join our talented and energetic team. Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract structure establishes a cost ceiling for all construction activities while maintaining full transparency and accountability between the Owner and Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a detailed GMP that includes all labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, general conditions, contingencies, and allowances required to complete the project.

What you’ll do:

+ Align the GMP with preliminary & baseline schedule to confirm labor and equipment forecasts.

+ Facilitate coordination between estimating, project management, field operations, and engineering to ensure financial accuracy.
