Project Controls Specialist

Responsibilities


+ Establish and support project controls governance on large, complex projects characterized by significant investment and impact.

+ Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project control hierarchies, building and managing schedules in Primavera (P6) including resource loading and milestones.

+ Support monthly accruals in coordination with Project Accounting.

+ Maintain project cost and schedule baselines in collaboration with Project Managers and Controls staff.

+ Generate and review periodic project status reports with Earned Value Management metrics, forecasts, and schedule performance.

+ Identify risks, trends, and potential changes; implement approved baseline updates.
