 :Parsons is anticipating the need for a Project Controls Manager to join our team and support on a complex infrastructure project in Dublin.
In this role, you will manage planning, cost, risk, and performance functions across a major metro infrastructure project, ensuring accurate baselines for schedule, cost, and scope, enabling informed decision-making and effective governance.
This position is based on site in Dublin.
What You'll Be Doing: 
Lead project controls activities, including planning, cost management, risk management, and performance monitoring, across complex infrastructure projects.
Establish and maintain standardized PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and delivery outcomes.
Provide guidance and oversight to project teams, mentoring project controllers and driving continuous improvements in tools, processes, and reporting standards.
