For our office in Dubai, we are looking for Project Controls Manager - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will have 12‑15 years of experience in project controls, planning, delay analysis, and claims management on major infrastructure and EPC projects. The Project Control Manager will be responsible for leading project controls activities across the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, cost and performance tracking, and support on contractual and claims‑related matters. The role requires close coordination with project, commercial, and technical teams to ensure robust programme management, effective reporting, and timely identification of project risks and mitigation measures.
