Job Summary:

This role is focused on the coordination of project processes, activities, and budgets in support of design engineering and new product development. It also includes project coordination, financial tracking and reporting, and invoicing. It collects, creates, and manages technical support materials such as product and program data packs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order entire project fulfilment processin ERP System IFS7.5, including project registration, procurement, acceptance of inbound products, delivery of goods to customers, billing customers, and project closure.
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, PO issuance, and invoice closing with finance team.
