Project Business Finance Manager (Costs) – Contract (End 2028) HSBC seeks a high calibre professional to support Project Sirena, a complex end‑to‑end transformation programme, from design through implementation and embedding. The role holder is responsible for all matters related to project costing, including hiring, budgeting, FRP and costs management, and for leading cost optimisation and efficiencies.
Responsibilities - Develop programme execution plans and drive outcomes – drive execution plan as it relates to costs, work‑stream planning and governance on costs reporting.
- Lead executive governance – lead steering forums and executive updates on costs; create clear decision pathways; escalated cost risks, issues and trade‑offs with pace and clarity.
