The Contract Payroll and Time & Attendance Transformation Business Analyst will work closely with the Payroll and Time & Attendance Transformation Project Manager in coordination and successful delivery of the Payroll and Time & Attendance project activities. Key activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the HR stakeholders and other teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, process and data flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures throughout automation opportunities implementation.
• Analyse processes, identify automation opportunities / streamline opportunities through ‘start, stop, continue’ analysis and define ‘to be’ processes.
• Create and capture process inventories and solution design documentation (SDD)
