We’re looking for a talented candidate to help technical teams write and format documents. Your role as a project assistant will primarily involve revising content and formatting it based on the firm’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Revise documents such as specifications, estimates, reports and proposals, and ensure the accuracy of cost tables
- Collaborate effectively with writers to gather and supply the information necessary to prepare project documents, improve text structure and content understanding, such as pointing out ambiguities in certain passages
- Format various documents based on existing templates and standards
- Occasionally help with administrative office management (such as replacing the receptionist)
