The Project Assistant will provide project coordination and follow up for electrical projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. This role is also responsible for assistance with service-related response, scheduling assistance, and invoice generation. The individual will be responsible for customer relationship management, vendor coordination, and key communication and required flow of communication. This role will report directly into Project Management and will be under the umbrella of VP of Construction.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
·To assist project management team with weekly labor projections, commitments, and scheduling.
·Assemble, publish, and submit required project data and track approval process.
·Distribute approved product data to vendors and assist project manager in required releases of said product.
