Supervising and overseeing the direction of the projects, ensuring specifications and requirements are met, and reviewing progress while liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Coordinating and supervising construction workers
Control and ensure all project finished within the appropriate scheduled timeline and on budget.
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Checking and preparing site reports and ensure all documentation reports.
Maintaining quality control procedures
Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any issues happen during construction
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from related fields
Have minimum 5 years working experience as Project Manager in Retail or F&B Industry, in mall sectors are preferable
