Position Overview
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project
- Sets-up project handbook
- Sets-up project environment at project start
- Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …)
- Processes chargeable expensesEnsures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoringSupports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/qualityOrganizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursementHandles intercompany purchase orders ABOUT AVL RESEARCH AND ENGINEERING TURKEY
