Project Assistant - Copenhagen, Denmark - 12-Month Contract
Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Project Assistant to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Onboarding of new resources, setting up systems, mail groups, update org. charts, IT requests etc. Project administration: File sharing, office and facility services, developing project specific procedures/guidelines. Project communication: Project calendar, meeting planning and presentations, workshops, Sharepoint Ad hoc support to Project Management and Project Function Office supplies Facility Management incl.
