Park + Associates is looking for an intermediate Project Architect. An ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore and familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders Preparing submission drawings to authorities Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications In charge of the ov...
