Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Architectural management/coordination with entire project processes including authority submission. (Hospitality Interior)
- Able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes.
- Liaise and communicate closely with clientβs reps, consultants & contractors.
- Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
Requirements - Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
