Project and Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Projects & Sales Coordinator, you will support the coordinating efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will communicate with customers, operations, supply chain and engineering to develop overall project plans, manage expectations, and ensure scheduled task completion.

• Maintain customer records and coordinate required documents, submittals, past dues, and delivery schedules.
• Keep active security clearances as required.
