Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to provide overall administrative support to the Project Management Office and its project portfolio. Works closely with Project Managers to coordinate and efficiently deliver on assigned project activities within the agreed deadlines and with limited supervision. The role is reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule meetings, compile and distribute agenda
- Take minutes of meetings and distribute
- Coordinating and collating relevant information for the project team
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing PMO general correspondence
- Support project planning activities
- Prepare and distribute project materials
- Alert the project manager to issues as they arise
