Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
Support the Project Manager and site team in daily administrative tasks Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project schedules Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on documentation and updates 2. Document Control
Maintain and organize project documents (drawings, contracts, permits, reports) Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of documents Track submissions, approvals, and correspondences 3. Procurement & Billing Support
Assist in raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries Verify invoices against work done or materials supplied Coordinate with finance on billing, claims, and payment follow-ups 4. Reporting & Records
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports Maintain records of manpower, attendance, and site activities Track project milestones and update status reports 5. Compliance & Permits
