Position Overview
Responsibilities - Handle incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries.
- Liaise with authorities on submissions, updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients on forms, submissions, and payment matters.
- Track and manage correspondence from authority portals.
- Maintain accurate project records and update status reports.
- Monitor submission deadlines and follow up with project teams.
- Update clients on project progress, approvals, and any issues.
Qualifications - Minimum ITE in Engineering or related field.
- 1 year of experience in project administration preferred; no experience candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and CORENET is an advantage.
