Job Description: Issuance of purchase request and delivery order. Entering data and information from source documents within time limits. Document control on engineering drawings Schedule meetings and file minutes Tracking and record keeping of spares and equipment Provide all administrative support required by project team Coordinating project flow following project manager's instruction Assist in documentation and filing of artefacts for audit purposes Manage and update all submission documents and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned Job Requirements: Minimum GCE O Level. Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer literacy are required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus Able to use Zoom for meetings Able to converse, read and write in basic English, Malay and Chinese, in order to communicate with local and foreign staff Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
