The Project Accountant supports various teams in delivering new build construction, renovations, and special financial and automation projects by leading internal and external accounting initiatives. This role partners closely with corporate and operations stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.

Key responsibilities include establishing and managing budgets, reconciliations, driving initiatives in automation and efficiencies, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong project and overall accounting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a sharp attention to detail, enabling them to provide timely financial and operational insights that drive successful project outcomes that further economies of scale.
