Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project billing process, including setting up and maintaining client accounts, generating invoices, and handling accounts receivable.

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.

• Assist with subcontractor prequalification and ensure compliance with insurance documentation requirements.
