We are seeking a Project Accountant to manage project financial visibility across Procore and NetSuite. This role will monitor project budgets, committed costs, actual costs, billing, WIP, cost-to-complete, project reconciliations, vendor invoice coding, and project-level reporting.

The Project Accountant serves as the finance bridge between Project Managers, AP, AR, Procurement, and the Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, committed costs, actual costs, and cost-to-complete.
• Maintain accurate job-cost reports.
• Reconcile project financial data between Procore and NetSuite.
• Investigate discrepancies between budgets, commitments, change orders, actual costs, vendors, and contract values.
• Support project billing based on contract terms, milestones, progress, or approved documentation.
• Support revenue recognition and WIP reporting.
