Location: Guildford, University of Surrey International Study Centre

Salary: up to £ 26,520 per annum

The Progression & Engagement Coach’s role is to support students’ progression needs both face-to-face and online, and to work closely with the Senior Progression & Transition Coordinator and the academic team to monitor students’ achievements and implement interventions for successful progression to the University of Surrey.

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of tutorial sessions, 1-1 support and guidance, establishing a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom in preparation for their transition to our partner university. This will require excellent people skills, a good level of administrative ability and initiative.
