Core Function
This is a dual reporting position. As the Programmes and Partnerships (P&P) Executive, the incumbent assists the HOD in programme planning, development and implementation tailored for persons with disabilities (PWDs), as well as managing partners/stakeholders including Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), corporate partners, community partners, volunteers and caregivers. This role focuses on managing AHP partnership/intervention and engaging caregivers. Hence, the P&P Executive works closely with caregivers and clients, AHPs and colleagues, to create a supportive environment that promotes personal growth and community integration for the clients. Working directly with the Executive Director, the incumbent provides high-level strategic and administrative support. This role acts as a key resource in advancing organisational goals by coordinating strategic projects with the Management team, and leading SUN-DAC's compliance and governance initiatives.
