About the Role

The MEL function serves as a technically credible backbone, with a team of 12 experts in research, data management, field monitoring, dashboards, and impact evaluation. The team partners closely with program and leadership colleagues, ensuring MEL is embedded in program design and execution.

We maintain robust data systems tracking outcomes for teachers, school leaders, government officials, and students, which inform training, coaching, course corrections, and funder discussions.
