Description: Programme Manager Enterprise Change & Regulatory Delivery Accountable for end to end delivery of complex, high risk programmes within a Tier 1 banking environment (typically large scale, multi year initiatives). Manage programme funding and resourcing, ensuring alignment to approved budgets and delivery timelines.
