Admissions and Client Coordination
Participate in admissions processes and support candidate selection activities Assist with client interviews and resolve admissions-related queries Maintain accurate and compliant student records in line with university policies and procedures Programme Administration and Delivery
Coordinate the registration of delegates in accordance with institutional requirements Communicate programme schedules, venues, policies, and key information to delegates Manage programme logistics, including teaching materials, venue bookings, and welcome packs Ensure digital learning platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Ulwazi) are prepared and operational Client and Stakeholder Support
