Job Responsibilities - To plan, coordinate and monitor logistics, resources, and the programme budget (direct costs) for the fulfilment of the programme or project objectives (profitability, customer satisfaction and process quality)
- To identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement by reviewing programme management work processes and practices considering the needs and requirements of the (segment)
- To develop and implement an effective and efficient operational resource allocation and comprehensive delivery model for the delivery of Professional Development, Enterprise Bespoke and/or Corporate University programmes and solutions
