**The Program Lead will be positioned at the MNRE location as part of the MNRE PMU for the National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM). The role will support MNRE with strategic insights, technical inputs, market research, industry engagement, project and program formulation, contract frameworks, bidding guidelines, and analysis of trade, taxation, customs, incentives, and regulatory issues related to hydrogen and low-carbon fuels.**
