JOB SUMMARY 1.1. The Programme Executive is pivotal in managing active ageing programmes, daily assisted living services, and the alert alarm system. 1.2. This role involves supervising volunteers and programme coordinators ensuring the smooth operation of centre activities. 1.3. Responsibilities include handling fund applications and budgeting for active ageing programmes and senior care initiatives. 1.4. The Programme Executive collaborates with internal teams, external partners, grassroots leaders, and Integrated Community Care Providers (ICCPs) to implement targeted events, all while maintaining a service-oriented approach with a pleasant and passionate disposition towards elderly clients. 1.5. The Programme Executive is also accountable for achieving key performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). 1.
