Job Description The Programme Executive, Competency Development will supportthe development of competency maps, skills pathways, training structures, andon-the-job training requirements under the Skilled Trade Enabling Programme.The role will involve close coordination with SECA, training providers,industry partners, and relevant stakeholders to support the professionalisationof skilled trades. The candidate will assist in developing structured career and learning pathways, mapping skills requirements to relevant national frameworks, and supporting the onboarding of suitable training providers. Competency Maps and Career Pathways a) Support in developing competency maps and structured career pathways for skilled trades. b) Assist in defining job roles, skill requirements, competency levels, and progression pathways. c) Support documentation of career pathways from entry-level roles to more advanced skilled trade roles. 2.
