Position Overview
Seeking a Programme & Events Executive to support the planning and delivery of founder‑centric programmes and events. The role requires strong coordination and organisational skills, a people‑oriented working style, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and deliver programmes and events end‑to‑end, including preparation, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Support smaller activities such as workshops, briefings, and community sessions that build momentum towards larger events or programme milestones.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, communications, and vendors in a timely and structured manner.
- Work closely with internal teams, founders, speakers, mentors, partners, and service providers.
- Track actions and deliverables, and adapt plans as requirements or priorities change.
