About the Role

K2 Recruit is partnering with a leading technology-driven business to appoint a highly capable Program Team Leader – Solutions to lead the delivery, governance, and operational oversight of critical software development and solutions environments.

This role is responsible for driving structured delivery, technical leadership, operational stability, and customer confidence across the solutions function. The successful candidate will oversee software delivery teams, manage technical and operational priorities, support remediation and incident management processes, and ensure all applications and systems align with business, architectural, security, and service delivery requirements.
