Summary The Program Support Specialist serves in the Mission Support Staff within the Air Traffic Safety Oversight Service (AOV). The incumbent performs a wide range of program support duties supporting the various programs of the organization at the Headquarters and Field Office level under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Responsibilities Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge to collect and analyze data, conduct research, identify problems in support of the business operations; also plans and conducts functional activities for projects/programs.
