*The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Office of Inspector General.* The position plays a primary role in the issuance of certificates of need to health care providers based upon provider specific state law and regulations; evaluates managed care plans for compliance with network adequacy statute and Administrative Rules of Montana (ARMs) to ensure the adequacy, accessibility, and quality of health care services offered under a managed care plan; oversees compliance with statutory provisions of the independent peer review process; manages the Rural Hospital Flexibility grant; and provides staff assistance to flex grant contractors in the administration of the Rural Hospital Flexibility Program.
